3. The above will then contact you and discuss the complaint and will endeavor to conclude such to your complete satisfaction.
4. If you feel that your complaint is not receiving satisfactory answers or solutions please forward further details to the Managing Director Click here
5. If at any time you feel your complaint is not being dealt with to your satisfaction, or impractical to resolve, please contact HVCA (Heating and Ventilating Contractor’s Association) our trade association for additional assistance.
All complaints despite the nature, size or value of any claim will be given upmost priority and we will at all times aim to bring the matter to a conclusion within 14 working days from receipt of the complaint.
